Dec 1, 2013 There&39;s a bit of a situation going on in Houston, basically about a week ago a sex offender that was out on probation cut off his ankle monitor and has been going on a rampage, so far he&39;s committed 3 murders and 2 attempted murders since July 9th with his latest attack coming just this morning.
